I am a Washington State Approved Clinical Supervisor. I work with two to four Masters' level licensed associates at a time who are looking to start their own practice and earn full licensure. Associates can bill under my insurance contracts allowing them to fill quickly and see clients for a long time if needed/wanted.

I have a program that includes business coaching, supervision, and insurance billing. Once fully licenced, supervisees can get pannelled on their own and clients are not interrupted.  At the end, supervisees are fully independent with their own practice.

I am also certified and EMDR and an EMDR Consultant and can provide consultation for people seeking certification post basic training at the same time as supervision saving time and money on the path to certification.

My toolkit includes EMDR, Lifespan Integration, CBT, TFCBT, Gottman levels 1 & 2, and other skills, I like to apply the best tools for each client.

I supervise for clients over age 13 and do not provide services (or supervision) for eating disorders, psychosis, DV, or active recent suicidal ideation/attempts. 

I work best with those who are ready for independent private practice and running their own business, and have had therapy themselves.
