We currently have a room available at Bloom Wellness Seattle. We are a multidisciplinary wellness center located inside a warm and inviting 1911 craftsman home. We are located between the Fremont and Ballard neighborhoods. Currently we offer acupuncture, massage, PT and Naturopathic medicine. We would love to have a counselor or therapist join us!
The room is available for full-time use. The space is unfurnished with high ceilings, natural light, ac/heat unit, spacious closet, and bamboo flooring. The room just got a fresh coat of paint and is a soft neutral yellow. The room is located on the second floor. The rent includes wi-fi, utilities, and use of common space. Plentiful non-zoned free parking.
Rent is $850 a month. We require a 1 year lease with 1st and last month's rent along with a $350 deposit.
