The room is available for part-time use and could be a nice option for someone that is seeking part-time office space. The space is furnished with high ceilings, a skylight, nice natural light, and ac/heat. There is a waiting area, and bathroom for clients. The room is located on the second floor, and the stairs are fairly steep, which I want to mention! The rent includes wi-fi & utilities. Plenty of non-zoned free parking.
The building is full of other mental health practitioners and is located in the Ravenna neighborhood, near Third Place Books.
Availability:
The room is available: Friday through Monday - $500 per month (all of the Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays in the month)
