The Swedish Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is seeking a full- time Psychotherapist to join its team at Ballard Campus in Seattle, Washington. This is a short team, intensive day treatment (Monday to Friday) for individuals with acute psychiatric needs. The program can serve as a step-down for patient who are discharging from inpatient care or as a preventative step to help stabilize patients in the community. Psychotherapists are mental health professionals with an independent or advance licensure which means the position is open to LMFTs, LICSWs and LMHCs. Additionally, you can expect to be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrist, advanced registered nurse practitioners, occupational therapist, and chaplains. This is a great opportunity to work at the top of your license with a strong behavioral health team focused on improving the lives of patients throughout Seattle, Washington while having a consistent schedule and full benefits.

• Full-time position with day shifts and no weekends
• Program utilizes DBT and CBT skills
• Strong Multidisciplinary Team
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• CME up to $2,000
• Position open to LMHCs, LMFTs and LICSWs
• Compensation is between $35.11 and $46.43 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed do not include quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers will have CME benefits available to them.
