All too often we can feel alone and isolated in our thoughts and feelings, often thinking "how is that everyone else has it together, and I'm still struggling?" When we feel that way, and believe those things to be true about ourselves and our situations, it can lead to feelings of shame, sadness, feelings of hopeless, and even anger. The truth is, there is so much more going on than what's happening in the moment, and that's what I'm here to help with. My focus is on attachment and family systems, and how those core beginnings shape who we become as adults, and how we can regain power over the things we were once powerless against. 

I have been working with clients for 10 years; in that time i've worked with clients who are struggling with psychosis, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. I've worked with family members who have loved ones struggling with mental health and helped them to navigate their role in their families lives, and how to maintain healthy boundaries so the relationships can remain intact.  I've worked with clients who are exploring their sexuality and their sexual preferences with their partners, helping them to identify what they want those connections to look like, and how to initiate them free from the stigma that society places around sexuality. 

I have received specialized training in: IFS, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Kink Affirming care. 

We all need support in our lives, and asking for that help can be one of the most difficult steps we take in getting that help we need. I am here to help with that process. You aren't alone, I promise.
