The office is available Wed/Fri/Sun to rent. The rate is $150 per day/per wk. For example, if you are looking to rent it for all Wednesdays of every month, the cost would be a total monthly rent of $150 for Wednesday access. For 2 days/month, the cost would be $300, etc.
