I have enormous compassion for people going through life’s challenges and transitions and strive to create an inclusive and non-judgemental space where all parts of you are welcome. I've been working therapeutically with adults for a decade struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, boundaries, spirituality, and/or working toward personal growth. I am trained in several therapeutic modalities and enjoy working collaboratively with clients to integrate these into a holistic, individualized approach. I draw largely from Internal Family Systems (ISF) informed parts work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), body-based therapies (e.g. mindfulness, somatic). I am co-founder of Pacific Healing Circles, an organization offering community grief rituals that honor many different forms of loss – big and small.
