I provide individual therapy and couples therapy for adults who want help with depression, anxiety, learning healthier communication techniques, how to apply the five love languages and how to access emotions. Typically, I meet with my clients in person, once a week. Each session is 50 minutes in length. I'm in network with Regence and Premera. In some cases, I've been able to work with clients who have Kaiser, Aetna and HMA. I do not accept Molina, Apple Health, Medicaid or Medicare. For clients who may have these other insurance policies, I can work with you on a private pay basis. 

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and a client centered approach to therapy. Most importantly I want to get to know you and the current challenges you are facing in your life. Sometimes I refer to books, articles, and podcasts that may be of particular relevance to what's going on in your life. I understand that not everyone likes meditation or journaling. Together, we will find the most useful coping strategies that you will actually use in your life. 

When working with couples, I am comfortable providing both individual therapy and couples therapy at the same time of treatment. You may rotate how you schedule the appointments. For example, week one I would see client A, week two I would see Client B, and week three I would meet with the couple together in the same room.
