"Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens." - Carl Jung.

I believe that you are naturally whole and life circumstances can get in the way of connection with yourself and how you show up in the world.  Are you are experiencing racing thoughts, panic, stuck in your head or frozen, lack of energy or interest in life? Do you want to know how to set boundaries with people you care about or not take other peoples energy? Are you noticing what used to work is not working anymore?  I may be a good fit to work with you. I work holistically, going at the pace you are able and ready to work in, as this is your work. I primarily work with people who are healing from trauma, complex trauma, people feeling overwhelmed due to being highly sensitive, moving through life's transitions and grief.

Learning to trust yourself after going through traumatic experienciences can be difficult and some of my favorite part of my work with people. I pull from a variety of different intervensions to support integration and realignment with your mind-body-spirit/purpose. Some of the interventions I use are anti-oppression modalities, parts work like internal family systems, the Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, Reiki, meditation, breath work, somatic connections and release.

I am trained in:

The Polyvagal Theory 2018-2023

Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed 2019

Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping) 2018

Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) 2016

Internalized Oppression 2014

Attachement Theory 2013

I am also a Reiki Master, completing Reiki levels I, II, & III.  I received my Reiki training using the Usui method. Reiki is a Japanese technique used to reduce stress and promote relaxation, healing, and balance in the body, mind, spirit and energetic field around you. I find Reiki to be a great adjunct to therapy as it allows space and time for the body to intigrate what was processed, illuminated, and experienced in therapy. Reiki flows and transforms energy, offering an integration of your body, mind and spirit. I offer blended sessions as well offer Reiki for individuals who do not wish to do therapy.

Another service I offer holds a special place in my heart, coaching people to lean into who they are, what it feels like to be in their body and be in alignment with their purpose. Learning the difference between their fear's voice and thier inner knowing. Coaching is different than therapy as there is very little processing in sessions and more attention to self discovery and awakening.
