As an LICSW my goal is to support my clients throughout their mental health wellness journey. I created Unraveled Counseling to help support individuals who feel stuck and desire change. I utilize a kind and compassionate approch to partner with adults who may be affected with ADHD and other life stressores, such as burn out, grief, trauma, and other adjustment issues.. 

Having been in practive for over 10 years now I have worked with a variety of clientel, such as Veterans, LGBTQIA individuals, and Spanish speaking Latinx/Hispanic individuals. I aim to treat individuals holistically and use an interated approch to partner with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiances, while creating a safe and nonjudgemental place for them to do so. I have attained additional trainings in treating several mental health issues, such as suicidal ideation and substance use issues, and attained additional trainings on topics such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and treatments specific to ADHD.  By utilizing evidence- based approches (such as Motivational interviewing, Person sentered planning, Seeking Safety and others) I helped individuals develop coping skills, build resilience, and foster personal growth. 

I have provided therapy and psychoeducation both in English and Spanish and am able to utilize these skills further support my clients in their journey. My goal is to empower my clients to discover their strengths and provide them the tools they need to reach their goals in their own time. By working together, I support them in attaining a deeper understanding of themselves, their environment, and their interpersonal relationships. Together, we will work to cultivate self-compassion, create positive change, and enhance your overall well-being.
