French doors partion office into two: I am renting out the larger room with windows graced with trees and light, a great space for talk therapy or meditation/yoga ( which I do there sometimes on my days). The smaller darker room has a recliner I use for work as I am a Hypnotherapist, with a desk and shelves you may use. On your rental days you would have the full space to yourself, all day. The weekdays and Sat are negotiable (as my schedule is flexible) Pick 1 or 2 days of your choice.  Free Wi-Fi. Rent due on 25th prior to Each Month. Contract mo to mo or 6 mo. On bus lines and close to I5 highway entrance/exit. Street parking free in quiet neighborhood. 

Rent $160/day MON TUES WED or THURS  or 2 days / $320

There is silent air conditioner avail for occasional hot days if needed ( last 2 years wasn't needed), also a self adjustable silent room heater. Waterdispensor/ electric teapot station near entrance.

The building is for therapists(so its quiet) and called Wallingford Workspace, located on Sunnyside and 45th N in Seattle.The building is secured, has a buzz call box (for clients) and a fob ( only for you) to get in. Street Parking is easy and free in the neighborhood. Locality is convenient, right on buslines, near I-5 ramp. Would love to share this beautiful space! (office mate leaving Dec 31)
