We are a business center in the University District and home to many counselors. We have a lovely windowed office available, freshly painted, about 140 square feet. The rate is $950 per month, and the term is 2 years.

We also have two offices that rent by the day of the week and currently have Mondays and Wednesdays available.

Our business center is family owned and run, with management on site. You have access 24/7 in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. We pride ourselves on taking care of you and your clients, and of our good relationships with our tenants.

The floor is secure, the bathrooms clean, the kitchen well kept, and the halls filled with art which changes monthly.
