My approach is integrative, as I believe every person's needs are unique and require different styles of working. Together, in a safe and accepting environment, we will find a way of working that addresses your needs and goals. I have a background in the performing arts and Anthropology as well as counseling. With a broad range of education and experience to draw from, I am well equipped to establish meaningful and productive relationships with clients from all walks of life. I work with adolescents, adults and elders who may be struggling with any of the following concerns: anxiety; depression; stress; self-regard; life transitions such as aging, career change, divorce, relocation, new school, etc; diversity and multi-cultural issues; relationships; sexual concerns; grief and/or loss.
