My name is Jean-luc Padley and I am the owner of Sunny Meadow Counselling, an online practice operating out of Washington state. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who utilizes human relationshp and modern science to help wounded hearts find healing and growth. It is the goal of all of my sessions to create a space where people can explore healing while feeling safe and that they are in good hands. 

I specialize in systemic therapies, particularly Emotionally Focused therapy, which is a powerful therapy that uses our understanding of relationships and development to pursue healing and growth. I also have training in Internal Family Systems and have familiarity with several other methods. I have used these effective therapies to help people with relationships, depression, trauma, burnout, anxiety, and many other issues.
