Our inner critic feeds our self-doubt, shame, and perfectionism. Joy Caffrey, energy medicine practitioner, speaker, and yoga teacher, will will guide you through the steps necessary to effectively dismantle your inner critic so that you/your clients can feel less stress, open to self-acceptance, and access vitality. During this playful and interactive workshop, you will learn tools for transformation and maturation. Joy Caffrey completed a two- year Energy Medicine program in the 1990s. She has been an energy medicine practitioner for over 20 years. She is a certified E-RYT 200 yoga teacher. Joy has her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and is an accomplished visual artist. She currently lives with her husband, Tim, in the very green Ozark town of Fayetteville, Arkansas. They have three grown children.
